Hi,
I am a reluctant wheelchair user due to this curse of a condition but I was just wondering how do people maintain a healthy weight especially around the tummy area? I am trying my best I could probably try harder but I find it so hard to get motivated I too really want to be able to get out of this chair, but first I need to lose the extra weight I've gained from being in this chair. Thank you, it's not vanity it's for health both mental and general. 😊
